Quick Jump: FAQ | Important Notes

3.1 FAQ

▪ Why can't some orders be merged?

Possible reasons orders cannot be merged:

  • Receiver Name info doesn't match (different name, Phone, or Address)
  • Different Shipping Type
  • Status doesn't allow merging
  • Order is already being processed

▪ Can I undo a merge?

Merged orders cannot be automatically split. To undo a merge, go to order details and use "Undo Merge" function, or cancel the merged order and recreate them.

▪ How are product quantities calculated after merging?

The merged order contains all products from the original orders, with Expected Quantity automatically totaled. For example: Order A has 3 of product X, Order B has 2 of product X, merged order has 5 of product X.

▪ What if batch merge fails?

If some groups fail during batch merge:

  • System shows failed groups and reasons
  • Successful groups are already merged
  • Failed groups can be processed individually later

▪ Will the order number change after merging?

Yes. A new Order Number is generated after merging, and original orders are marked as "Merged" Status.

3.2 Important Notes

⚠️ Important Reminders
