3.1 FAQ

▪ Why are some buttons not shown?

Buttons depend on the Status. For example, shipped orders don't show "Edit", and orders that aren't canceled don't show "Resume Order".

▪ How do I change the receiver address?

If the order hasn't entered picking yet, click "Edit" to modify receiver info. If the order has entered picking or another stage that blocks editing (but isn't fully shipped), use "Correct Info" to fix certain fields.

▪ Can a tracking number be deleted?

Yes. Delete the Tracking Number in the shipping section; deleted numbers can be restored.

▪ How do I view the order's change history?

Expand the "Operation History" section to see all operations and field changes, including amount and item changes from splits and merges.

▪ What do the inventory allocation details mean?

They are the records of inventory the system allocated to this order. Expand to see which batches and expiration dates were allocated. Allocating before picking ensures the correct batch is shipped.

▪ Why does the order show "Out of Stock"?

Inventory is insufficient for the order. Wait for inbound stock, then click "Recheck Stock".

▪ What does "Duplicate Order" copy?

It copies the receiver information and items into a new order; you enter a new Order Number. Useful for reshipping the same content.

▪ Where do Parcel Videos come from?

They are recorded at the packing station during packing, documenting the package content as evidence for disputes.
