Quick Jump: FAQ | Notes

3.1 FAQ

▪ What are automation rules?

Automation rules automatically check conditions and execute corresponding actions after an order is created. Common uses include: threshold gifts, specific product gifts, etc.

▪ What does priority do?

When multiple rules match simultaneously, the system executes them in order from highest to lowest priority. It's recommended to set higher priority for important rules.

▪ How does the validity period work?

Only rules within their validity period will be executed. If no validity period is set, the rule is always active.

▪ Will disabled rules be executed?

No. Only rules with "Enabled" status will be executed during order processing.

▪ How can I pause a rule without deleting it?

Go to the rule edit page and toggle the status to disabled. This preserves the rule settings for future re-activation.

▪ Can the list be sorted?

Yes. Click column headers to sort. Default sorting is by priority from high to low.
