3. FAQ
3.1 FAQ
▪ When does it take effect after creation?
Immediately after saving (if status is enabled and within validity period). New orders will apply the rule.
▪ How should I set the priority?
If there's only one rule, use the default value of 0. If multiple rules may trigger simultaneously, set higher numbers for rules that should execute first.
▪ What if the rule isn't triggering?
Please check:
- Is the rule status "Enabled"?
- Is it within the validity period?
- Are the conditions set correctly?
- Does the order meet the conditions?
▪ How do I get a Product ID?
Go to "Products" → "Product List", click on a product name to go to the details page. You can find the product ID in the URL.
▪ Can I apply to specific Sales Channel only?
Yes. Select the channels in the "Sales Channel" field. If you don't select any channels, the rule applies to all channels.
▪ Can a rule have multiple conditions and actions?
Yes. Each rule can have multiple conditions, and each condition can have multiple actions. The system executes them in sequence.
