3. FAQ
Quick Navigation: FAQ | Important Notes
3.1 FAQ
▪ Why does the query show "Please select at least one channel"?
Sales analytics requires at least one channel to be selected. Please select channels from the "Channels" dropdown, or click "Select All" to select all channels.
▪ What is the maximum date range?
The maximum date range for a single query is 180 days. For longer analysis periods, please query in batches.
▪ How is the comparison calculated?
The system automatically compares with the "previous period of equal length". For example:
- Selecting Dec 1-7 (7 days) compares with Nov 24-30 (previous 7 days)
- Selecting December compares with November
▪ Why are no channels showing?
If no channels are available, please go to "Data Management" → "Merchant Channels" to add channel configurations first.
▪ What determines the top products ranking?
Products are ranked by "Total Quantity" by default. Higher quantity means higher ranking.
▪ How long does the query take?
Query time depends on data volume. For large datasets, a progress indicator will be shown, and results display automatically when complete.
3.2 Important Notes
⚠️ Important Reminders
- Analysis results only include orders with "Shipped" status
