1.1 Introduction
The Carrier Dashboard gives warehouse supervisors real-time visibility into each carrier's daily shipping progress. With a large visual interface showing pending shipments and estimated pickup times for each carrier, it supports auto-rotation and is ideal for projecting on shipping area screens so the entire team stays informed.

Scenario 1: Project on Shipping Area Screen for Real-Time Monitoring
Situation: The shipping area supervisor wants packers to see pending shipments for each carrier and prioritize carriers arriving soon.
How to do it:
- Go to "Monitor" → "Carrier Progress"
- Click the "Fullscreen" button in the bottom right
- Project the display onto the shipping area screen
Result: Everyone can see each carrier's pending shipments and estimated pickup times in real-time.
Scenario 2: Track Carrier Pickup Times
Situation: You want to confirm each carrier's estimated pickup time and ensure packaging is completed before they arrive.
How to do it:
- Open the Carrier Dashboard
- Check the "Estimated Pickup Time" on each carrier card
- Prioritize carriers arriving soon
Result:
- Clear visibility of each carrier's pickup time
- Arrange priorities to avoid delays
Scenario 3: Multi-Carrier Auto-Rotation Monitoring
Situation: You work with many carriers and can't display all their progress on one page.
How to do it:
- Open the Carrier Dashboard
- The system automatically rotates to the next page every 10 seconds
- Or use the left/right arrows to manually switch
Result: Auto-rotation displays all carrier progress without manual operation.

2.1 Main Features
Carrier Cards
- Location: Center of screen (grid layout)
- Each card displays:
Item Description Carrier Name The carrier's name (e.g., FedEx, UPS, etc.) Carrier Icon Carrier identification icon Pending Shipments Number of packages waiting to ship Est. Pickup Time Carrier's estimated warehouse pickup time
Page Indicator
- Location: Bottom of screen
- Displays:
- Current page / Total pages
- Dots indicating current page
Auto-Rotation
- Function: Automatically switches to next page every 10 seconds
- Pause Condition: Pauses when mouse enters card area
- Resume Condition: Resumes when mouse leaves card area
Manual Navigation
- Location: Left and right sides of screen
- Operation: Click left or right arrow to switch pages
2.2 Steps
▸ Enter Fullscreen Mode
- Open the Carrier Dashboard
- Click the "Fullscreen" button in the bottom right
- The display fills the entire screen
- Press Esc to exit fullscreen
▸ Manually Switch Carrier Pages
- Move mouse to left or right side of screen
- Click the arrow button that appears
- Screen switches to previous or next page
▸ Pause Auto-Rotation
- Move mouse into card area
- Auto-rotation pauses
- Rotation resumes when mouse leaves

3.1 FAQ
▪ How often does the dashboard update?
Every 60 seconds automatically. Check "Last Updated" in the bottom left corner.
▪ How often does auto-rotation switch pages?
Every 10 seconds it switches to the next page. To pause, move your mouse into the card area.
▪ Which carriers does the dashboard show?
It shows carriers with pending shipments for today. If a carrier has no pending shipments today, they won't appear.
▪ Where does the estimated pickup time come from?
Pickup times come from the "Estimated Pickup Time" field in Shipping Type settings, configured by system administrators.
▪ Can I view other dates?
The dashboard only shows today's real-time data. Historical data is not available.
3.2 Notes
⚠️ Important
- Dashboard data is real-time statistics, synchronized with the Fulfillments list
- If "Data load failed" appears, check network connection and refresh the page
- Press Esc to exit fullscreen mode
- The screen stays awake (if supported by browser), suitable for long-term projection
