Scenario 1: Connect the MOMO Shopping Platform
Situation: A merchant opened a store on MOMO and wants orders imported into the warehouse system automatically.
How to Do It:
▸ Apply for Credentials and IP Whitelisting
- Apply for API integration with MOMO to obtain the Entp ID, Entp Code, Entp Pwd, and OTP Back No
- Provide the server IP shown on the settings page to MOMO for whitelisting
▸ Create the Account and Test the Connection
- Click "New" on the "EC Integrations" page
- Select the merchant this account belongs to
- Choose "MOMO" as the "E-commerce Platform", fill in the "Display Name", and select the "Channel Name"
- Enter the credentials provided by MOMO
- Click "Test Connection" and confirm "Connection Successful" appears
▸ Complete the Settings
- In the "Settings" panel on the right, enable "Fetch Orders" and select the "Fetch Schedule"
- Click "Save"
Result: The system fetches MOMO orders automatically at the scheduled times; check them in the Orders list.
Scenario 2: MOMO Store Password Changed, Update Settings
Situation: The store password was changed in the MOMO backend, breaking the connection and stopping order imports.
How to Do It:
- Find the account in the "EC Integrations" list and open it for editing
- Enter the new password in "商店密碼 (Entp Pwd)"
- Click "Test Connection" and confirm it succeeds
- Click "Save"
Result: The connection is restored and order fetching resumes.
Section 2: Feature Guide
MOMO is a major comprehensive e-commerce platform in Taiwan. Once integrated, the system fetches new orders from MOMO on schedule and automatically sends tracking numbers and shipping statuses back to MOMO. MOMO integrates via store account credentials — apply for API integration credentials with MOMO, and ask MOMO to add the system's server IP to their whitelist.

2.1 Connection Info

2.2 Credentials
Prerequisite: IP Whitelisting
⚠️ Important: The MOMO API requires source IP whitelisting before it can connect. The settings page shows the server IP that needs whitelisting — provide it to MOMO before configuring.
How to Get MOMO API Credentials
- Contact your MOMO business representative to apply for API integration
- MOMO provides the following credentials:
- Entp ID (tax ID)
- Entp Code (store code)
- Entp Pwd (store password)
- OTP Back No (return OTP code)

Test Connection: After entering all credentials, click "Test Connection". The settings panel on the right unlocks only after "Connection Successful" appears.

Shipping Type Mappings
MOMO manages order logistics centrally, so you only need one mapping: "Vendor Delivery". The screen suggests this mapping — click to add it, then choose the warehouse shipping method in "Warehouse Shipping Type".

3.1 FAQ
▪ How do I get MOMO API credentials?
- Contact your MOMO business representative or customer service
- Explain that you need a system integration
- MOMO assists with the application and provides the necessary credentials
- The credentials include: Entp ID, Entp Code, Entp Pwd, and OTP Back No
▪ What is the OTP Back No?
The OTP Back No is MOMO's security verification mechanism, used for identity verification when sending shipping information back to MOMO. Request it from MOMO and note that only the last three digits are entered.
▪ What if the connection test fails?
Check in order:
- Has MOMO completed the IP whitelisting?
- Are the Entp ID, Entp Code, and Entp Pwd correct?
- Is the OTP Back No correct (last three digits)?
▪ Why are orders not being fetched automatically?
Check in order:
- Is "Fetch Orders" enabled?
- Is a "Fetch Schedule" set?
- Is the connection status "Connected"?
▪ What is the PDF password?
Some MOMO order shipping label PDFs are password-protected. If the labels you download require a password to open, enter that password here. This field is optional.
▪ Can I set up multiple MOMO stores?
Yes. If a merchant has multiple MOMO stores, create a separate account for each with its own credentials.
▪ Do MOMO shipping mappings need manual setup?
Only one mapping is needed: map "Vendor Delivery" to a warehouse shipping type. The screen suggests this mapping — just click to add it.
▪ Do the credentials expire?
MOMO credentials generally do not expire automatically. However, if the password is changed in the MOMO backend, update the settings in this system accordingly and test the connection again.

⚠️ Important Reminders
- IP whitelisting is required: Provide the server IP shown on the settings page to MOMO first
- Credential security: Keep the store password and other credentials safe; do not share them
- Test before enabling: Test the connection successfully before enabling order fetching
- Apply through MOMO: API credentials must be requested from MOMO officially and cannot be self-generated
