Quick Links: FAQNotices

3.1 FAQ

▪ How is the shortage quantity calculated?

Shortage = ordered quantity − available stock. For example, if orders need 10 units but stock has 3, the shortage is 7.

▪ What does the in-transit quantity include?

Quantity on inbound orders that hasn't been shelved yet, including inbounds pending inspection, under inspection, inspected and being shelved. Use it to judge whether extra replenishment is needed.

▪ I clicked the order count but see no orders?

Check:

  1. Network connectivity
  2. Wait for data to load
  3. Orders already handled (canceled, or shipped after replenishment) may no longer appear

▪ How do I handle shortages efficiently?

Suggested flow:

  1. Sort by Shortage Quantity and start with the largest
  2. Compare with In-Transit Qty; if insufficient, ask the 貨主 to replenish
  3. Or coordinate with the 貨主 to adjust the orders
  4. After stock is shelved, use "Check Stock" on the order list to re-allocate

▪ Can I view shortages for a specific channel only?

Yes. Use the "Channel" filter to show only shortages from that channel's orders.
