3. FAQ
Quick Links: FAQs | Important Notes
3.1 FAQs
▪ Why can't I see the "Manage Merchants" button?
The "Manage Merchants" button is only visible to accounts with merchant management permissions. If you can't see this button, please contact your administrator to confirm permissions.
▪ When do merchant permission changes take effect?
Changes take effect immediately after saving. The next time the operator loads data, it will be filtered according to the new merchant permissions.
▪ Can operators modify their own merchant permissions?
Yes. If an operator has "Manage Merchants" permission, they can edit their own merchant permissions on their page. However, administrators can override these settings at any time.
▪ What happens if no merchants are assigned?
If an operator is not assigned any merchants, they won't be able to see any merchant-related data. This may prevent many features from working properly, so it's recommended to assign at least one merchant.
▪ Why do some merchants show "Inactive"?
"Inactive" means the merchant is currently not active. Even if an inactive merchant is assigned to an operator, its data may not be accessible.
3.2 Important Notes
⚠️ Important Reminders
- Merchant permissions affect all data the operator can see, including orders, inventory, and products
- Removing merchant permissions may affect ongoing work
- It's recommended to adjust permissions during off-hours or when the operator is idle
- Communicate with the operator before making changes to avoid disrupting daily operations
