一、About This Feature

1.1 Overview
Fulfillment QC is the final inspection before shipping. You must first verify QC and parcel operator identities, then scan the fulfillment barcode to load the order, scan each item to confirm quantities, and the system will automatically print shipping labels when complete. The system also supports video recording of the parcel process for future reference.

Example 1: Standard QC Process
Situation: Need to perform QC and ship a fulfillment order.
How to do it:
▸ Verify Operators
- Go to the Fulfillment QC page
- Enter the QC operator account
- Enter the parcel operator account
- Click "Verify"
▸ Execute QC
- Scan the fulfillment barcode
- Scan each product barcode one by one
- Confirm all item quantities are correct
- Scan the "Pack" barcode or click the "Pack" button
- Scan the fulfillment barcode again to print labels
Result: The system prints shipping labels and updates the order status to shipped.
Example 2: Multi-Box Orders
Situation: The order has many items and needs multiple boxes.
How to do it:
- Scan the fulfillment barcode to load the order
- Scan product barcodes for the first box
- Scan the "Pack" barcode to complete the first box
- System automatically creates a new box
- Continue scanning products for the second box
- Repeat until all items are scanned
Result: Each box has a separate record, and corresponding labels are printed when complete.
Example 3: Items Requiring Serial Numbers
Situation: Scanning a product that requires serial number tracking (e.g., electronics).
How to do it:
- Scan the product barcode
- System shows a serial number input dialog
- Scan or enter each serial number
- Click "Confirm"
Result: Serial numbers are recorded in the parcel details for future tracking.

2.1 Main Areas
Left Side
- Fulfillment Info: Shows current fulfillment number and related orders
- Operator Info: Shows QC and parcel operators
- Shipping Info: Shows shipping type, quick print toggle, shipping account
- Item List: Shows all items to check, scanned quantities, serial numbers
Right Side
- Barcode Scanning Area: Input or scan barcodes
- Video Recording Area: Shows parcel process recording
- Parcel List: Shows created boxes and their contents
2.2 QC Process
Status Indicator
The bottom of the page shows the current status:
- Awaiting Order Scan: Need to scan a fulfillment barcode first
- Scanning Items: Can scan product barcodes
- Awaiting Rescan Confirmation: Items complete, rescan fulfillment to print
- Printing: Generating and printing labels
Quick Print
- Function: Pre-generates shipping labels when scanning fulfillment, ready for immediate printing after QC
- How to enable: Toggle "Quick Print" in the shipping info area
- Status display: Shows "✓ Ready" when prepared
2.3 Parcel Operations
Create New Box
- Scan a "Pack" barcode (e.g.,
-PACK-) - Or click the "Pack" button in the parcel list
Manage Box Contents
- Click a box to view its contents
- Adjust item quantities in the box
- Remove incorrectly placed items
Clear All Boxes
- Click the "Clear All" button
- Type "clear" to confirm
- System deletes all box records
2.4 Video Recording
- Auto Recording: Recording starts automatically when a fulfillment is loaded
- Video Upload: Videos are automatically queued for upload when parcel
- Upload Status: Bottom right shows upload progress
- Note: Confirm uploads are complete before closing the page
2.5 Step-by-Step Operations
▸ Verify Operator Identity
- Go to the Fulfillment QC page
- Enter the QC operator account
- Enter the parcel operator account (can be the same as QC)
- Click the "Verify" button
▸ Execute QC
- Scan the fulfillment barcode
- Wait for the system to load order data
- Scan each product barcode one by one
- Confirm quantities update in the item list
- Enter serial numbers in the popup if required
▸ Complete Shipment
- Confirm all items are scanned
- Scan the "Pack" barcode to complete the current box
- Rescan the fulfillment barcode
- System prints shipping labels
- Attach labels to the package

3.1 FAQ
▪ What if verification fails?
Confirm the entered accounts are correct and have permission for QC operations. Contact an administrator if the issue persists.
▪ No response when scanning a product?
Please check:
- Have you scanned a fulfillment first?
- Is this product in this fulfillment?
- Is the barcode correct?
▪ How do I modify scanned quantities?
- Click a box in the parcel list
- Find the item to modify
- Adjust the quantity or remove the item
- Click "Confirm" to save changes
▪ Can I cancel the current order?
Click the "Reset" button in the top left. After confirmation, all scanned data for the current order will be cleared, and you can start over.
▪ What if video upload fails?
- Check your network connection
- Wait for automatic retry
- If it continues to fail, the video is saved locally—contact an administrator
▪ What is Quick Print?
Quick Print pre-generates shipping labels when scanning a fulfillment, so labels can print immediately after QC, reducing wait time.
▪ How many boxes can one order have?
No limit. The system records each parcel separately, with independent parcel records and videos for each box.
▪ Will I lose data if I close the page?
- Completed parcel records are saved
- Unfinished scanned data will be lost
- You'll be prompted if videos are still uploading
3.2 Important Notes
⚠️ Reminders
- Don't close the page before completing QC
- Confirm video uploads are complete before leaving
- Make sure to enter correct serial numbers for serialized products
- Box contents cannot be modified after parcel
