Quick Jump: FAQ | Notices

3.1 FAQ

▪ Can the Code be modified?

Yes. The Code can be edited directly, but it must remain unique within the same merchant. After changing it, notify colleagues who use this code so they can still find the address when creating orders.

▪ Can the merchant of the address be changed?

No. The merchant is set at creation and cannot be changed on the edit page. To move the address to another merchant, create a new address under that merchant.

▪ Does modifying the address affect existing orders?

No. Modifications only affect new orders created with this address afterwards; existing orders are not affected.

▪ Can I clear the Default Merchant Channel?

Yes. Hover over the Default Merchant Channel field and click the clear icon on the right to remove the association.

▪ What if an error message appears when saving?

Common causes:

  • Required fields are empty (Code, Receiver Name, Receiver Phone, City, Address)
  • A field exceeds its character limit
  • The Code duplicates another address of the same merchant

Fix the issue according to the error message and save again.

▪ How do I cancel editing?

Click the "Cancel" button to abandon the edit; unsaved changes are discarded.
