3. FAQ

Quick Jump: FAQ | Notes

3.1 FAQ

▪ What if I get "Product not found"?

The product SKU in Excel doesn't exist in the system.

How to fix:

  1. Go to "Product List" to check if SKU exists
  2. If it doesn't exist, create the product first then import bundle
  3. Check for typos (case sensitive)

▪ What if I get "SKU is duplicate"?

Two bundles in Excel have same SKU, or system already has this SKU.

SituationSolution
Duplicate in ExcelFind duplicate rows, change to different SKU
Already in systemIf updating, check "Override existing data" and import again

▪ What if I get "Inventory type not found"?

Inventory type code in Excel isn't set up in system. Common inventory types: GOOD, DAMAGED.

▪ What if I get "Quantity must be greater than 0"?

"Quantity" field has 0 or negative number. Each product quantity must be at least 1.

▪ Where to download template?

"Products" → "Bundles" → "Import" → "Download Template"

▪ How many bundles can I import at once?

QuantityRecommendation
1-100Import at once
100-500Can import at once, may take a few minutes for large data
500+Import in batches, 100 at a time

▪ How many products can one bundle have?

No limit, but recommend no more than 20 for easier management.

▪ Can I import bundles for different merchants at once?

No, each import only selects one merchant. To import for multiple merchants, do separate imports.

▪ What if I find data errors after import?

Only a few errors: Edit directly on bundle detail page.

Many errors:

  1. Export existing data
  2. Fix in Excel
  3. Check "Override existing data" and re-import

▪ When updating bundles, can I just add products without removing?

No. Override is complete replacement, Excel contents become the bundle's new contents. If you originally had products A, B, C and want to add D, Excel must contain A, B, C, D.

3.2 Notes

⚠️ Important Reminders

  • "Bundle Name" and "SKU" are required; SKU cannot duplicate within same merchant
  • Component products must exist before import; "Activated" can only be "Yes" or "No"
  • Large data may take a few minutes; results will appear in "Import List"
