3.1 FAQ

▪ How long does the query take?

Query time depends on the merchant's product count; the screen shows "Processing..." while it runs. Typically, a query of several thousand products takes from tens of seconds to a few minutes, and the results appear directly on the page when done.

▪ What defines a product as "sluggish"?

The definition of sluggish is determined by your query parameters:

  • Within the "Query Period (Months)"
  • Sales quantity at or below "Maximum Sales"
  • And total stock at or above "Minimum Stock" Products meeting all three criteria are listed as sluggish.

▪ Can I export the query results?

Currently, this feature does not support export. If you need to export data, please contact the system administrator.

▪ Why do I need to select a merchant?

Sluggish products query analyzes products for a specific merchant because each merchant's product inventory and sales data are calculated independently.

▪ What inventory types are included in the query results?

"Total Stock" is the sum of the product's quantity across all shelves; "Available Stock" is total stock minus quantities allocated to orders.
