3. FAQ

Quick Jump: FAQ | Notes

3.1 FAQ

▪ Why must I select a merchant first?

Bundles must belong to a specific merchant and can only use that merchant's products. After selecting a merchant, product search only shows products from that merchant.

▪ What are the SKU restrictions?

The SKU is required. Use a unique, meaningful identifier (e.g., "GIFT-MOM-2024") and avoid sharing it with other products or bundles, so order tracking and report filtering stay clear.

▪ Can I leave barcode empty?

Yes, "Barcode" is optional. However, filling it in is recommended for scanning operations.

▪ Can't find the product to add?

Please check:

  1. Product has been created
  2. Product belongs to selected merchant
  3. Product hasn't been deleted

If not found, go to "Product List" to create it first.

▪ Can I add other bundles?

No. Bundles can only contain individual products, nested bundles are not supported.

▪ What if I don't specify inventory type?

System uses the product's default inventory type. To specify a particular type (e.g., Good only), select the corresponding type in "Inventory Type".

▪ Can I modify after creation?

Yes. After creation, you can edit bundle name, SKU, bundle items, etc. However, "Merchant" cannot be changed.

▪ What happens to disabled bundles?

Disabled bundles don't appear in order product search and cannot be added to new orders. Can be re-enabled anytime.

  • Use a unique, meaningful SKU naming convention
  • Bundle requires at least one product; same product cannot be added twice
