Scenario 1: Verify Address Information
Situation: Before shipping, you need to confirm the receiver address to be used for an order is correct.
How to do it:
- Search for the Code in the "Address Book" list
- Click the Code to open the detail page
- Verify the Receiver Name, Receiver Phone, Full Address, etc.
Result: Once confirmed, you can continue processing the order; if anything is wrong, click "Edit" to fix it.
Scenario 2: Update the Receiver's Phone Number
Situation: The merchant informs you the receiver's phone number has changed and the address book needs updating.
How to do it:
- Find the address and click its Code to open the detail page
- Confirm it is the correct record
- Click the "Edit" button
- Update the Receiver Phone field
- Click "Save"
Result: The address is updated; orders created with this address afterwards use the new phone number.
Scenario 3: Reply to the Merchant with the Full Address
Situation: A merchant asks for the registered full address of a delivery point and you need to look it up quickly.
How to do it:
- Search the "Address Book" by the Code or receiver
- Click the Code to open the detail page
- Check the "Full Address" field, which already combines the postal code, city, district, and address
Result: Copy the Full Address directly into your reply instead of stitching the fields together yourself.
2. Feature Guide
When you need to confirm the receiver, phone, or full address of an address record, view it here. The page lists every field of the address, including the system-generated Full Address. If anything is wrong, click "Edit" to fix it.

3.1 FAQ
▪ Why don't I see the "Edit" button?
You may not have permission to edit addresses. Please contact your administrator to confirm your permission settings.
▪ Does modifying the address affect existing orders?
No. Modifications only affect new orders created with this address afterwards; existing orders are not affected.
▪ Can the merchant of an address be changed?
No. The merchant is set when the address is created and cannot be changed afterwards. To move it to another merchant, create a new address under that merchant.
▪ What does the Default Channel do?
The Default Channel associates the address with a specific sales channel. Once set, the system can automatically fill in this address when creating orders for that channel.
▪ What is the difference between Full Address and Address?
Address is the street and number content you entered; Full Address is the system-generated single line that combines the postal code, country, city, district, and address, convenient for copying.
▪ How do I duplicate an address?
The system does not currently support duplication. To create a similar address, enter it manually on the "New Address" page, or use the "Import" feature on the list page for batch creation.

⚠️ Important Reminders
- Merchant cannot be changed: The merchant of an address cannot be modified after creation
- Scope of impact: Modifications only affect future orders using this address, not existing ones
- Code is editable: The Code can be changed on the edit page, but remember to notify colleagues who use it
